The Nacional Parck Archipiélago Los Roques, is made up of a large coral atoll that extends 36 kilometers in east-west direction and 24.6 kilometers from north to south. This atoll consists of 50 islands, 292 cays and extensive coral reefs in an area of 221.120 hectares.
The natural beauty of the National Park Achipiélago Los Roques and the vicinity thereof to Maiquetia International Airport makes Los Roques ideal for both Venezuelan and foreign tourist. The park is located approximately 80 noutical miles north of Maiquetia, a short flight between 30 and 45 minutes will take you to this paradise on Earth.
